How do I train my team to use Claude well?

Train them on their own work rather than demos. Start with one real task each person does every week, show them how to get Claude doing it well, then set the data boundary as a habit. Teams that learn on toy examples never transfer the skill; teams that practise on Monday's actual job keep using it.
The mistake most rollouts make is handing out access and hoping. People try it once, get a mediocre answer because they asked poorly, and quietly stop. Good training closes that gap in the first session.
What to cover: giving Claude a task so it's usable first time, spotting when it's wrong, building a repeatable process instead of a one-off clever prompt, and knowing what data is safe to put in. Anthropic's own Claude Certified Associate blueprint weights judging output as the largest domain, and it's the one most training skips.
Then keep it alive. A day 30 follow-up, saved workflows and a written list of what each person will do differently are what separate a training day from a nice afternoon. Our Claude training day publishes its timetable so you can see exactly where each of these lands.
