Claude Cowork is Anthropic's way of putting Claude to work on real tasks. You give it access to a folder, describe the job in plain language, and it carries the work out rather than suggesting how you might. Ignite AI sets it up for UK teams and trains your people on their real work. We're a Claude Partner.

Your data. Cowork reads real folders on real machines, so the data boundary is drawn on day one: which folders, whose machines, what stays out. Written down before anyone leaves the room.
Think of it as the difference between asking Claude a question and giving Claude a job.
A normal chat gives you one answer and forgets it. Cowork works against a folder on your machine and carries the task out, the way a capable new colleague would once you've shown them the ropes. Anthropic launched it in January 2026 to bring the agentic behaviour of Claude Code to knowledge work rather than coding.
That's a big step up for a small business, and it's also where most people get stuck. They open it, poke at it, and never get it doing the work that would save them a day a week. That gap is what we close.
We have run our own business on Cowork since February 2026. The founder case study shows the numbers, read straight from Xero.
You can find your own way, eventually. Most teams don't have the time, and the early hours decide whether it sticks.
Connected to the right folders and tools, with the data line drawn so nothing sensitive goes where it shouldn't.
Their actual tasks rather than a demo, so the habit survives past week one.
Approved use, a clear boundary, a short record. The same things a client's due diligence team will ask about.
You get a senior practitioner doing this: someone who runs Cowork on live work every day.
Same shape as our Claude training day: a scoping call, one real job, your people's hands on the keyboard, and a visit at day 30 to fix what slipped.
We pick the weekly job that eats the most hours and agree which folders Cowork will be allowed to see.
Where it differs from a chat window, from Claude Code and from Copilot, and what that changes about how you ask and how you check.
Folders, connections and the data boundary, done on the machines your team will actually use.
Cowork runs the task we scoped, in front of everyone. Then we pull apart what it did well and where it needs steering.
Provided by you.
Each person sets Cowork on a job of their own. We walk the room.
The best jobs get written up as repeatable skills, so one person's good afternoon becomes everybody's default.
Which folders, whose machines, what the retention posture of your Claude tier is, and what evidence you keep. Written down.
What stuck, what didn't, and what to fix. Included in the price.
Owners, operations leads and teams who've heard Claude is good, maybe tried it, and want it doing real work instead of sitting as another tab nobody opens. The people who'd get a day a week back if the setup were right.
It also suits teams already on our Claude training who want the next step, and leaders who need the governance question answered before Cowork touches client files.
Setup, the first job, your team building, the governance record and the day 30 visit.
Larger group, a scoping call first, and a written adoption plan afterwards.
Buy exactly what you need: setup on your own machine, your first three Cowork jobs, or a workflow that keeps breaking. Typical entry point is 4 hours.
All prices exclude VAT. Travel included in England and Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland quoted separately. Everyone attending needs a working Claude account on a tier that includes Cowork; we tell you the cheapest thing that works and take no commission on it.

Claude Cowork is Anthropic's way of putting Claude to work on real tasks inside your business. It works against a folder on your machine and carries tasks out rather than suggesting them. It's closer to giving Claude a job than asking it a question.
You can start alone, and most teams stall in the first week when they do. Cowork behaves differently from a chat window, and teams that treat it like one get very little from it. Training on your real work is what turns it into something that saves time.
It can be, if it's set up with a clear data boundary from the start. We draw that line as part of setup: which folders, whose machines, what the retention posture of your Claude tier actually is, and what evidence you keep.
A Claude Partner has hands-on standing with the tool and uses it on live work daily. We have run our own business on Cowork since February 2026. The setup and the first few tasks decide whether it sticks, and that's where experience pays off.
Yes. We run team sessions on your real tasks, capped at 10 for a Team Day and 20 for a Corporate Day, plus separate leadership sessions on what to back and how to set the rules for everyone else.
The Team Day is £2,500 for up to 10 people and the Corporate Day is £3,750 for up to 20, both exc VAT. One-to-one guided support is £200 an hour. We price the day, so it does not get more expensive as you add people up to the cap.
We'll tell you whether Cowork fixes it and what setting it up looks like.
