Who do we trust?

Every consultancy now says it does AI. A badge on a website proves little.

Will they just sell us licences?

If a partner earns on seats, the advice bends towards more seats. You need to know how they get paid.

Where do we even start?

Shadow AI is already in use, the data questions are open, and a rollout that stalls costs time you don't have.

How to check any Claude partner in ten minutes

  1. Look them up in the public directory at claude.com/partners. Anthropic says it shows each partner's tier, certified team, customer deployments and public references.
  2. Ask how they are paid. Commission on licences is a reason to push seats.
  3. Ask who will be in the room, and who writes the governance.
  4. Ask what gets made safe before anything gets built.
What the partnership means for you

What is the Claude Partner Network?

The Claude Partner Network is Anthropic's programme for organisations that build with and deliver Claude. Being in it gives us three things: early visibility into capability development, support access when something in your build needs a proper answer, and a relationship with Anthropic that shapes how we advise you on roadmap and capability planning.

There's no commission in it. We take nothing on licences, from any vendor, at any tier. That matters, because the first question most buyers ask about the partnership is whether it bends the advice.

We joined Anthropic as a Claude partner because we believe in their constitution of making AI safe and available to everyone. We align with the fact that they focus on making AI accessible for small businesses.

We support Claude's Constitution, which means that, unlike other LLMs, Claude is not agreeable all the time. Sometimes it's harsh with you, and sometimes that's what's needed. You don't need a knowledge worker with you to just agree with everything you say. You want it to challenge you, drive you forward and develop your own skills.

Where the partnership earns its keep

What Anthropic puts into the network

Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 with an initial $100 million commitment for 2026, covering partner training courses, dedicated technical support and joint market development. It also said it was scaling its partner-facing team fivefold to provide Applied AI engineers to partners. In June 2026 it added the Claude Partner Hub, whose public directory shows each partner's tier, certified team, customer deployments and public references. What is the Claude Partner Network?

Does being a Claude partner make your advice biased?

We give you the best advice we can about which AI platform fits your business, free from vendor incentive. If the answer is Copilot, we say so. We take no commission on licences of any kind. Where the answer is Claude, being a partner means we build it with more depth than a generalist would.

What does a Claude implementation partner do?

Three things, in order. A SPARK Discovery finds where Claude pays back first and what has to be made safe. Claude training and AI governance then run side by side. After that, Claude for Teams, our governed AI operating system, builds Claude around your business with ongoing training, weekly sprints, cadence meetings and ROI measured. Governance is sold separately.

How much does a Claude partner cost in the UK?
