What happens, stage by stage

  1. Map the work. We start from the SPARK priorities and look at how the work really gets done today.
  2. Build Claude around it. Your context, your documents and your workflows go in first, so Claude fits the way you run.
  3. Train as it lands. Each piece goes live with the people who'll use it, and they're trained on it that week.
  4. Run in weekly sprints. Short sprints, with cadence meetings so leadership sees progress and sets the next priority.
  5. Measure and report. ROI is tracked against the baseline and reported back to you, so you can see what each sprint returned.

The outcome

Each sprint builds on the last. What your team learnt in month 1 is what they build on in month 6.
