What changes when Claude does the work?

Think of it as the difference between asking Claude a question and giving Claude a job.

A normal chat gives you one answer and forgets it. Set up against a folder on your machine, Claude carries the task out, the way a capable new colleague would once you've shown them the ropes. In January 2026 Anthropic brought the agentic behaviour of Claude Code to everyday knowledge work.

That's a big step up for a small business, and it's also where most people get stuck. They open it, poke at it, and never get it doing the work that would save them a day a week. That gap is what we close.

What is Claude team training?

Claude team training is a day where we set Claude up for your team and train your people on their real work. Set up this way, Claude works against a folder on your machine and carries tasks out rather than suggesting them. It's closer to giving Claude a job than asking it a question.

Does my team need training to use Claude?

You can start alone, and most teams stall in the first week when they do. Giving Claude a job is different from chatting with it, and teams that treat it like a chat window get very little from it. Training on your real work is what turns it into something that saves time.

Is our data safe when Claude works on our files?

It can be, if it's set up with a clear data boundary from the start. We draw that line as part of setup: which folders, whose machines, what the retention posture of your Claude tier actually is, and what evidence you keep.

What does a Claude Partner add?

A Claude Partner has hands-on standing with the tool and uses it on live work daily. We have run our own business on Claude since February 2026. The setup and the first few tasks decide whether it sticks, and that's where experience pays off.

Can you train my whole team on Claude?

Yes. We run team sessions on your real tasks, capped at 10 for a Team Day and 20 for a Corporate Day, plus separate leadership sessions on what to back and how to set the rules for everyone else.
