Ignite AI Solutions runs Claude training at your own office in London, or remotely, with the same timetable either way. Our UK office is at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Each day trains one room of up to 10 people on their own work, with a follow-up at day 30.

The training comes to you. We run it in your own building, on the machines your team already uses, with your own work on the screen. If your people are split across sites or work from home, the same day runs remotely. To see how the day fits with the set-up before it and the support after it, read our page on Claude training for UK teams.

In person at your London office, or remote

In person, we come to your office in London. You provide a room, a screen and lunch. We set Claude up on each person's machine, connected to the right folders, and walk the room while people build. Travel is included in England and Wales.

Remote runs to the same timetable. Each person needs a working camera and a reliable connection. We do the set-up with each person over a shared screen, and in the afternoon we drop into each person's screen in turn.

Which should you pick? In person suits a team that sits together, where you want the sceptic in the same room as everyone else. Remote suits a team spread across London and beyond, or a hybrid week where getting ten people into one room is the hard part. Either way you get the same build from your data and the same follow-up at day 30.

Our UK office is at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. The training itself happens at your premises or online.

What a training day looks like

One room, one day. Before it, we hold a 30-minute call to pick one real process that eats hours every week, and you send one dataset under a one-page agreement. We build a worked example from it before we arrive. We do not keep the data afterwards and it never trains a model.

The morning covers what Claude is and where it is the wrong tool, the 3-5-4 Method for choosing a first job to hand to Claude, and how to spot a confident wrong answer. After lunch we show what we built from your data and exactly how we built it. Then your team builds on its own work, shows what it made, and writes down its red lines. At 16:45 each person writes three things they will do differently on Monday.

We come back at day 30, in person or on a video call, to see what stuck and fix what slipped. The full timetable, hour by hour, is on our Claude training day page.

Group sizes and mixed teams

Each room holds up to 10 people. The cap is there because the afternoon is hands-on, and nobody can usefully look over more than ten shoulders at once, in a room or on screen. A team of 25 books three rooms. Rooms can run on consecutive days or spread across a month, which helps when your London office has different people in on different days.

Mixed teams are the normal shape of a day. Ten people from five teams is fine. The morning is shared, and from half past ten each person works on their own job. Someone in finance might draft month-end commentary from the management accounts, while someone in operations builds the weekly report from the team's trackers.

When you book several rooms, spread your keenest people across them. Each room then leaves with someone who can help the rest. Teams under 10 book one room. For a business of one or two people, the Founders plugin fits better.

How to choose a Claude trainer in London

There is no official ranking of Claude trainers, so be careful with anyone who claims to be the best, us included. Ask these questions before you book:

  • Whose work is on the screen? A course built on a made-up company teaches the tool and leaves out the job.
  • What does each person walk out with? Look for something built, such as a working Claude skill for a job they do every week.
  • Is the timetable published? You are signing off a day out for your team, so you should be able to picture it first.
  • Is the data line taught in the room? What never goes near a model, and who signs off what, should be written down before anyone leaves.
  • Does the trainer use Claude every day? The person in front of your team should be using it on their own work.
  • Who comes back afterwards? Someone should check in a few weeks later, when the first burst of enthusiasm wears off.
  • Will they come to your office? Ask how travel is charged, so nothing on the invoice surprises you.

For our part, Chris Duffy leads every day, and the team includes Jeremiah Johnson, a Claude and Copilot trainer based in London. Ignite AI Solutions is a Claude Certified Services Partner and a UK AI Council Accredited Training Provider. You can read what the partner status means for your business on our Claude Partner page. What to prepare before the day

  • Book the 30-minute scoping call and agree who sits in each room.
  • Pick one real process that eats hours every week.
  • Send one dataset under the one-page agreement.
  • Make sure each person has a working Claude account. Pro or Team gets the most out of the day, because we cover Projects, skills and longer context. We tell you exactly what to buy on the scoping call, and we take no commission on licences.
  • Ask each person to bring two or three real jobs they do.
  • In person: a room, a screen and lunch. Remote: a working camera and connection for each person.

Nobody needs a technical background. The day is built for people in operations, finance, marketing, sales and admin, and nobody writes code. For more on making training stick after the day, read how to train your team on Claude.

Common questions

Where can we get Claude training in London?

Ignite AI Solutions runs Claude training at your own office in London, or remotely, with the same timetable either way. Our UK office is at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Each day trains one room of up to 10 people on their own work, with a follow-up at day 30.

Do you train at our office in London or remotely?

Both. We run the day in person at your office in London, or remotely, with the same timetable, the same build from your data and the same day 30 follow-up. Travel is included in England and Wales.

How many people can attend, and can different teams train together?

Each room holds up to 10 people, because the afternoon is hands-on. Larger teams book several rooms. Mixed teams are the normal shape of a day: the morning is shared, and from half past ten each person works on their own job.

How do we choose a Claude trainer in London?

Ask whose work is on the screen, what each person leaves with, whether the timetable is published, whether the data line is taught in the room, and who comes back afterwards. There is no official ranking of Claude trainers, so be wary of anyone who claims to be number one.

What should we prepare before a Claude training day?

A 30-minute scoping call, one real dataset sent under a one-page agreement, a working Claude account for each person, and two or three real jobs each person does. In person, add a room, a screen and lunch. Remote, add a working camera and connection for each person.
