An AI readiness assessment is a structured diagnostic of whether an organisation can absorb AI before it spends on it. It examines strategy, leadership, culture, governance, capability and delivery rather than technology alone, on the basis that the constraint on most AI programmes is organisational rather than technical. A structured diagnostic across a fixed set of dimensions, scored with evidence rather than opinion, that tells you where you are, what the gaps are, and what to do first. Ours runs across 18 dimensions in five groups and classifies the imbalance pattern the business is carrying.
What to do about it
Do it before choosing any platform, not after. The answer determines which use case to prove first and whether the next pound is better spent on tooling or on teaching.
