Common questions

Is AI worth it for a small or medium-sized business?

It is worth it where there is repeated, describable work consuming expensive time, and it is not worth it where the process is unstable or the data is disorganised. Size is less determining than repetition: a 30-person firm with a well-defined weekly process has a better case than a 300-person firm whose equivalent process differs by department.

What is the cheapest sensible way to start with AI?

A single licence, one clearly-defined repeated task, and someone accountable for reporting truthfully whether it helped. That is a small commitment and it produces the one thing that cannot be bought: evidence about your own organisation. Starting with a platform-wide rollout inverts the risk and removes the option to stop cheaply.
